Exchange

You can order an exchange within 24 hours of delivery. Exchange fee will be applicable.

We understand that sometimes you are not satisfied with a purchase after receiving it, so we have an option for exchanges for your convenience.

If you are dissatisfied with any product after delivery, call our customer care at 01710117694 (7 days a week, 10 am – 6pm). Make sure that you call us within 24 hours of delivery. If an exchange is possible, we’ll send you the product in normal delivery time (3-5 days inside Dhaka, 5-7 days outside Dhaka). You will have to return the old product to the delivery person when he comes with the new product.

If you use, wash or damage the product in any way, you’ll not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Fee:
For exchanges you’ll be charged the delivery fee + a return fee. The return fee will be half of delivery fee.

For example, if you exchange 1 product inside Dhaka, the exchange fee will be ( 60 + 30 ) = 90 Taka.

Free exchanges:

Any product would qualify for a free exchange if it meets any of the following condition(s):

• Products with major quality defects

• Products damaged during shipment

• Wrong product, size or color

Returns

You must return the order, while the delivery person is still there.

No returns will be accepted after that. 

 

Refund Policy

You can not claim any refund after payment. The only available options are as stated above: Exchanges and Returns.
